That was the biggest C i have ever seen in my life It towered over everything else it the class. Are you sure it’s not a D in the wrong class. I have seen that pony out and about over the last year or so BSPS champs etc, I always thought it was a D?? Don't these ponies need to be measured for the finals? problem with WPCS is that if the foal is registred at birth as a C or a D it remains in that section regardless of height untill it is 7 years old at which stage it CAN be re-registred in the correct section. Only know this as we have a 137cm section D!!!!!

Forgive me if I am wrong on this. but I thought a 13.2 Sec D had to wait til 7 yr old to be downgraded to a C (as it may still grow) but once C has been measured officially over height regardless of age it can be registered as a D ?

Sally Iggulden's High Estate was riding horse champion, with Vicky Hesford's Royal Mirage reserve.

can anyonie shine any light on this, apaarently lynnes cob that won the lights has had a height objection against it, and she said she is not going to bring it out again this year and it wont be measured untill january. does this mean she is no longer eligible to qualify this horse for hoys? i'm not having a gripe about it, it doesnt make any difference to me, but everyone was banging on about it this morning but no one seemed to know if it meant she got the ticket or not!

Lynn will keep the ticket but not go to HOYS if she doesn't get the horse re-measured. As in theory she could still get measured in time for HOYS, which is why the society are not passing tickets down the line. They are also saying that at the time of qualification the horse is holding a valid height certificate

Don't know if Lynne got the hoys ticket or not, but i heard her telling some reporters, think H&H, that she is not competing it anymore this year as she is not having it re measured, apparently the horse has had 2 complaints about its height. If it has been recalled for measuring then i don't think it is allowed to compete anymore, until she has it remeasured

I have seen that pony out and about over the last year or so BSPS champs etc, I always thought it was a D?? quote] The pony in question is a 13.2 Welsh C A point to remember is that there are a lot of small C's about now many of which are not a 'small cob' at all and this will exaggerate the size of an up to height Section C Please leave off this winning combination and let them enjoy their moment of absolute delight and glory! ... perhaps channel your thoughts into something more positive (like stitching arseholes on teddybears, perhaps?!)
