Maybe it would be easier to get your golden ticket and keep it if they were hidden in chocolate bars!
Sorry to hear about the mix up, dont know how many mix ups can happen in one season for one society but its a worry.
Good luck at the Royal and best of Luck to Its Ozzy at Hoys

I really cant believe what I have read in this thread!! How unprofessional of a main showing association... I feel sorry for all affected. Poor Tessy I sincerely hope Buffy gets her ticket tomorrow, least not because she deserves one in her own right she is fabulous!! Best of luck & keep smiling xx

???i cant believe that such an important show such as hoys has such a system.surely riders entering the ring must know if they are registered or not.it jus seems too vague.i hope the 2nd place keeps the qualification but i do feel so sorry for the first place on the day.hope you all sort it out asap.

Do you live on a different planet!!!! have you not read the threads above. The jockey was registered. CHAPS was at fault. CHAPS got it wrong. So why would you hope the 2nd place kept the qualification. ?

Best of luck for today Tessy x x x x
I know how much emotion that is attached to getting a golden ticket and such a shame you were told you had it only to be told it was gone again.
But Buff has been so close so many times this year so your ticket will come without a doubt ;D

At least all can celebrate their victory in their own right now. Buffy obviously deserved the ticket today and now has it on her own merits and nobody can say she got it by default lets hope she can go one better this year at Hoys. I would also like to wish team Its Ozzy the best of luck at Hoys and hope your dreams have not been shattered by the mix up and you can now enjoy your preparation for HOYS.

There were 2 separate issues in the RHS Coloured classes. The one concerning It's Ozzy has been verified by the societies concerned and as already stated, all concerned had the correct memberships and numbers. The other concerns a winner of another class and involves an incorrect HOYS competition number. Neither situation was the result of any error in the Livestock department at the RHS.

And I am sure no blame is being laid at the RHS's door. The show is fab and a firm favourite. We will be back in 2010.

tessy didn't you know? this is the last RHS show ever they're not having another one ever again!! it's really sad it was such a great show with an amazinf atmosphere and the rings were brilliant a real tribute to everyone who works there. Not sure what you're basing that on tabby?! It's the last Royal Show (at least in its current form) but RHS is definitely on again next year.

Surely this should be kept confidential within both the Highland Show office and the CHAPS office until dealt with and then the outcome announced. CHAPS seems to have so many leaks it would make a good government department
