Jeff Grace has taken the hack championship, riding horse championship and the anglo and part bred championship and very well deserved, he had some supberb foals. Verena and Pat Cluxton took the Amateur home produced horse championship with the homebred Elmdale Eduardo and were Reserve champions in the Anglo and Part bred- Eddie looked fab!! A section C (not sure of the name) took the welsh breeds championship.

i agree commentary was excellent so was the turn out especially with traffic on M6 and rain. we are new to hack showing and won class 18 Colt/gelding HACK with Esprit de Mooiman only to loose it because we had a chain on our leather lead. Thats what comes of being inexperienced and not paying attention to detail. However, we agreed with the decision and look forward to competing as a yearling in Hack classes in 2010.Well done to all competitors

Fatty i take my hat of to you, everyone makes mistakes when showing for the first time, sadly it was a costly one for you and i admire you for your honesty, your boy was fabulous! We had a wonderful day with our homebred boy Elmdale eduardo who has only just been sold, more importantly he was a good boy only having just been weaned and gelded in the last few weeks! his results are as follows 1st amatuer home produced and champion 2nd small hack 1st anglo/partbred arab and reserve champion reserve horse champion and reserve supreme of the show. Weldone to kevin and paul of pink ponies on their successful day, and everyone one else who achieved great things :)l
