Woker course is good, up to height & had a water splash! Bit of controversy over it though, apparently you're not meant to canter at them? Int worker - 2 clears 1st mystery morn - ellie pendred 2nd park lane - Abi Vaughan 3rd Marshall spinney - George Watchorn

Was it a show pony who got its leg caught in a wire after the class? I saw her later and she was very bruised and battered and extremely shocked, ing been thoroughly trodden on but was having a gentle ride round on her brother's pony and being very brave.

Dont think it caught it's leg, think it slipped and went over on her by the toilet area. If it is the same girl glad she is ok xxx

Hanmere Showman won the smalls which was a surprise to many as the ringside consensus was that he had more than a very good look at the water splash ie quite a resistance plus a step-back but he did a lovely round otherwise. Very lucky to get given a clear round, perhaps. Moortown Honeyman had an unlucky pole. Rookery Fizz went very sweetly with a very young and good jockey. There was a lovely grey pony who bounced the water splash! 2 other dartmoors went really well. Bradmore Raindance's jockey got a bit lost and got a technical stop. There were several others but can't remember them all. Scarlett Worrow cruised round the middle height on Silver Fox and won, and also won the plaited 133 qualifier and was champion. Jemima Herbert's lovely young connie won the novice 144 plaited and reserve. Sorry, don't know any more.

the general consensus at the ring side about hanmere showman having a good look at the water splash obviously werent of the same opinion about honeymans more than 'a good look' at same water splash as well as 'an unlucky pole'. Showman hesitated but did not step back, did a lovely round and a fabulous show....maybe he deserved to win? He certainly did not need the amount of leg and stick honeyman needed to get over the same obstacle!
