I thought it would be nice if any HGossipers who are competing at HOYS told us how they got on. I know there are lots of HOYS results but be great to know how many are HG members. I know of one already - joules granddaughter Mia was 3rd in the M+M Lead Rein And Cake's daughter Tilly is in the 12hh SHP on saturday - so we'll look forward to that result. Come on all of you - time to blow your own trumpet a bit!!! (so to speak!)

Highhill, I am so proud of my daughter, granddaughter, and not forgetting our Snowy.Mia is only 5, and was only 4 last year when she came fourth.Mia could not remember last year at HOYS,she spent all this week watching her self on last years video ,and was quite excited when she left for HOYS yesterday.I am still recovering from an operation to have my kidney removed, so was not able to go.It is possible for us home produced to do well, and good luck to any other HGossipers who are competing at HOYS this week.

Joules, I watched your grand-daughter yesterday in the M&M lead-rein. What a lovely rider and pony and they did really well to move up from nowhere to 3rd. And she kept the audience sitting behind her in the line-up very entertained - I think she might be a budding actress and I mean that in the nicest way possible.

Shelleyj,You are so right about Mia,if she had been the first born Kathryn has always said there would not have been a second.Saying that she is a laugh a minute, you never know what she is going to say or do next.I love her to bits, but I am sometimes glad to see her go home.Snowy is so good with her ,she is so hands on ,helps with bathing, bandaging, loading etc,Snowy has no choice, they realy are best friends.I was gutted I could not be there to see them,so looking forward to seeing the video.Thank you all for your lovely comments.
