Stinkpig that's just not fair! Dieted like a mad thing to lose 7 stone, think I've put some of it back on so back on the beetroot etc. (yuk!)

Morning Halfpass, glad your feeling so much better, great news about Melly, give her a cuddle from me.
I'd like to be played by Kiera Knightley, unfortunately I have no hope of ever being that thin, they would have to pad her up somewhat! Will have a quiet word with Mel Gibson for you, I'm sure me and him can come to some arrangement.

Eat right!
Make sure you get your daily dose of fruits and veggies.
Take your vitamins and bump up your vitamin C.
Get plenty of exercise because
exercise helps build your immune system.
Walk for at least an hour a day,
go for a swim,
take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.
Wash your hands often.
If you can't wash them,
keep a bottle of antibacterial stuff around.
Get lots of fresh air.
Open doors & windows whenever possible.
Try to eliminate as much stress
from your life as you can.
Get plenty of rest.
OR
Take the doctor's approach.
Think about it...
When you go for a shot, what do they do first?
They Clean your arm with alcohol...
Why?
Because Alcohol KILLS GERMS.
So.......
I walk to the liquor store. (exercise)
I put lime in my Corona...(fruit)
Celery in my Bloody Mary (veggies)
Drink outdoors on the bar patio..(fresh air)
Tell jokes, laugh.....(eliminate stress)
Then pass out. (rest)
The way I see it...
If you keep your alcohol levels up,
flu germs can't get you!

Fed up, woke up with sore throat and women flu so like a trooper at work as we speak when I really wanted to be at home cuddled up watching morning tv... in a furry blanket with lorry dogs ( who by the way are in deep trouble as they have had a fun time this morning shredding daughters last years furry easter bunny)........ wait till she misses that.. cleared up all evidence super quick... as couldnt stand any trauma this morning
Really dont want horses today...gone off em.... and feeling fair sorry for myself..
