I am going to see her on Friday if anyone wants to post get well wishes I will print them off and take them to her and I am sure she will be overwhelmed. Sue runs and helps at many shows, but her best show is Thorny Island.

Well done Mary for setting up this thread. When you live on your own you appreciate contact and support from others when things are rough. This is a loveluy idea and we're sure Sue will enjoy hearing from everyone and knpwing that all she does for us is is appreciated.

Sadly, I have received a PM from Mary to advise that Sue has passed away. All our thoughts are with her family and friends.
I was going to close this thread, but belatedly I thought Sue will perhaps have some family who could be benefit from your thoughts and words of comfort.

I was just talking to her the other week! and she she was boasting how she is never ill. I am shocked.
Needles to say All our thoughts our with her family and the showing world has lost a great person.

Thank you for absolutely everything that you have done for NPS Area 17.
We embraced your endearing, methodical, "Spot On" spirit and character. You were one of life's true givers and you did that very well for so many societies, charities, members, friends and ponies.
You lifted our Area team, educated us, kept us on track, gave your all, encouraged us to grow, communicate with each other, to be ambitious, to work for each other for the benefit of the Area rather than ourselves but best of all.... to always enjoy what we all do together.

Cannot believe we were talking last under two weeks ago about the pictures of Gwen and Ffrica with Princess Anne at NPS Champs. We couldn't stop laughing as you tried to super-impose pictures of both ponies with false eyes as they both had their eyes closed! You were so proud, we were going to make sure everyone saw those pics. We had already planned how Emily and Alice were going to "do their thing" again next year at NPS. We will miss you so much, you have been so supportive and always like a breath of fresh air with your enthusiasm and care. How excited you were about Thorney Island 2007. We will miss you so much. x x x
