I have just been to see Violets foal Velvet, who is kept with HTPs foal Gracie, in Ringwood/Dorset. She looks absolutely fab and I am so VERY grateful to HTP for looking after her, as if she was her own   She is still a cheeky little monkey and loves to pose ;D Hopefully, HTP will put some piccies up later, but photography is not my strong point and getting the pair of foals to stand still, with their ears forward, was not easy !!!! ;D Poor Sam cried his eyes out, when we had to leave her  |

Goodness knows! When I get some more grazing - or cut down on numbers of the ones I have - which I cant bear to do  Please everyone cross their fingers and toes, that we get the grazing we are after xxxxx |

We had a lovely day today. Sam and LP came to visit the V child. As promised here are the pics that Sam and LP took. Note - the diva is wearing her pink Christmas pressie!   With Sam:    Comparing height, bums and...........................tails LOL  Both girls smiling for the camera  Gracie:  We measured the girls today. Velvet is a georgeous 13.1 and Gracie is an enormous !3-3 to 14hh. So much for breeding an intermediate. LP -I have been promised that Meg will get rid of the remaining red eye tomorrow |

Lovely pictures. What cute little fillies, well quite big fillies. I love them both they are so adorable. Really cute picture of Sam and Velvet, they look quite the pair and I am sure he will be robbing her from you in the future they already have a good bond.

Thank you for all the loevly comments about the girls. They are such a little married couple now.
Gracie is going through the worse gawky stage at the moment so any nice comments about her are really appreciated. Having been through even more gawkyness with her sister I know she will turn back to the beautiful animal we had in the summer - its just horrid waiting!!
In comparison, Velvet still looks photogenic and very much the beauty. While Gracie is a bit of a frog!!

My A stallion was a lovely foal and then looked dreadful for the next few YEARS until he eventually turned back into a swan. His babies are stars which is what matters though!
