Hi can anyone tell me about theses judges, they are judging the HOYS at Monmouth! R.G. Owens, Esq. Alcester (Conformation) Miss M.J. Brace. Bridgend (Ride) we are going to Monmouth too, our first time - did this ever get a reply? As we are on the very bottom of the showing ring we'll go anyway but wondered out of interest as I used to live near Alcester.

Must pass comment on HOYS judges today we were competing and were placed but none the less from what I saw of the judging it was very fair. The two judges did not confer indeed they stood nowhere near each other on the go round ponies pulled in any order and the classes we did see conemaras new forest and As & Bs thought the winners were the right ponies on tha day.I was very sceptical before hand but it was refreshing to see and it would be great to see more of it!Well done to those that got their tickets.

Anybody know about a Ms L Bourne (Stoke on Trent) PUK Judge, we are coming under her for WHP's with two ponies and would like to know what she looks for? Also T Young Jamieson and D L Partridge for HOYS MM FR Moreton in the Marsh?

S Jull is a super judge, T Young-Jamieson is only on the Exmoor Panel ask somebody who was at the BSPS Area Show at Taunton when she judged the WHP.

If it is the one i know of she is an Exmoor Pony panel judge & was also the Secretary of the Irish Draught (Uk), i think.
She is a very nice lady, will be very fair, not facey - she wouldn't know many & willhave a good basic understanding of conformation.
What classes is she judging?

If its J williams of Pendley, have always found her to go for a type, she likes bone, substance and likes a pony to be active and move. She judges all breeds and have not found her to favour a particular breed. Not found her facey... Was it her that qualified Ben for Olympia at Lancs? ( i may be wrong and having a blond moment
