I predict that despite arriving the day before our first class, we will still have an ungodly rush to get ready and in the ring!
I also predict that wherever we are parked our stables will be the furthest possible distance from the parking spot.
I predict that it will always be my turn to buy the Pimms!
I predict that we (and our ponies) will thoroughly enjoy our stay!!

Judges for hunters Johnathon Geake Ride and David Kellow conformation. Predict Lightweights Finn Mccool Guy Landau form horse won Windsor and DevonCounty Middleweights Jethros nice young grey Masterful Geake rode him well at Royal Cornwall, Jayne Webbers Silverstream for the Heayweights Not seen any stunning new hunters this year so far. I thought Mr Tatlows Carry the Flag was far too fat at Bath and West!! Guy had a lovely chestnut 4 year old at Bath and West but Judge Trice Ralph did not do him justice at all and really unsettled the horse .

I thought you would of known there names, So Smart Cob, Broadstone Doulton Riding Horse. I would suspect that FMM (and others) aren't the avid 'Rob fans' that you are, Robfan Not only that, but he rides several cobs and several riding horses - so you need to be a little more specific. No cobs have been unbeaten this year (as far as I can remember) - so there is no obvious winner in my eyes. I don't think Silverstream has been beaten this year in the HW hunters and he has done a fair few classes.

Being a bit dim - is Doulton being shown this year?
Answered my own question - qualified at Shropshire which was one of the last qualifiers I think.

Yes I understand Doulton was at 3 counties and won. When she is good she is very good and when she is bad she is horrid so I am led to believe.

I agree that Doulton is a beautiful LRH. However, I also think that the Philanderer is something special - but they both need to behave if either of them are going to win!

Just remembered that The Philanderer can't go to RIHS anyway - something to do with connection with the judge, so we can forget about him for that class!

Do love doulton however we have to ask ourselves why he has never won hoys !!! Lovely movement but prefer something with a little more thoroughbred quality. Philanderer is certainly a contender as are Jo bates and Allister. Be nice to see something different winning the hacks but would imagine Keens will do it again. !!
