Well done you, have given a karma! Write down what you ate today and how you feel tonight, and stick it on the fridge to give you encouragement on rough days.

I'm afraid I lose weight from my bosom first!! Then my face. Except the bit under my chin, which doesn't go whatever I do!

I think if I went for surgery it would be to have the wobbly bits round my middle schlooped out- perhaps they could re-distribute it to my upper-half.............wonder if that would mean a discount?

Overbent, leave the special K alone, it's a con. Its got just as many calories as ordinary cereals. You're better off with porridge made with half and half milk and water, it'll fill you up for longer. Or buy those Oatso Simple sachets, they're really quick and easy. Or a lot of people in my slimming class have weetabix, personally I can't stand it it makes me heave!!
Or, if you do slimming worlds red plan, you can have grilled bacon, quorn sausage, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms. And that's all free food so you can have as much as you like!!

To be honest, I just use semi-skimmed milk and get a slightly smaller allowance. Likewise I can't stand any kind of sweeteners or saccharine, so I have a spoonful of sugar and count it as part of my sins.
Get loads of quorn products, it's really low fat and versatile, the lamb grills are nice and the vine tomato fillets. Also the cumberland sausages. Don't bother with the mince though it's yukky!!! If you want to have a kick start, fish is good for losing weight quickly, I like fresh salmon, and you can just season and bung it in the microwave.

Well in my first week i lost 5lb i am soooooo pleased!!!!
The ball dress is still looking a little too well fitted so hoping for another 3 or 4 this week and mum will allow me to wear it!!!
Just been having 1 weetabix with raisins and skimmed milk as soon as i get up 7am instead of waiting till 9am.
Salad for lunch but had pasta with it a couple of times which i probably shouldn't of had.
And cut right back on my portions for evening meals.
So pleased and other than riding i only went running once as it killed me and i couldn't do it again!!!

Greek salad today for lunch with feta cheese which i think is pretty fatty actually but who cares the lettuce cancelled it out!!
The party dress is still hanging up and i am determined to do it justice at the weekend even if i do have to wear tinny & susannah big knicks!!!

have just been again, nearly did not go, worked all day went down yard saw farts and did boxes and then rode Betty, while trying to explain to friends OH that I burn more calories trying to get a just backed 7 year old exbroodmare going, more than him galloping fat cob round the school. And then came home and did jogging bit. am proud lol
