Lolly get one of those camelback rucksacks the ones that hold fluid with the tube over the shoulder, fill it with wine and then get on the x-trainer hey presto! Wine through a straw!!
Another 3lb gone so far this week, 2 hours at aerobics & circuit training last night sheesh thats flipping hard stuff!!!
Will try the dress on again tomorrow and make the decision on whether or not to go and buy the big knickers!!!

I am loving this thread!! I have a few pounds i need to lose before the 'proper' season starts. Why don't they make some sort of riding wear that is a bit more forgiving! I can always tell by looking at pictures if i have put on even just a few pounds! I did the cereal diet for a week the other day and that was enough, i love cereal and even i cldn't cope with eating anymore plus my body didin't actually react so well to all the fruit i ate!!I am now on plain healthy eating and also thinking when i move out in a few weeks i shld lose some weight as I won't want to bother to cook! Going to the bsps ball on sat so i think i am a bit to late to lose weight for that!!

Weigh in tomorrow! Have mucked 9 stables out (properly!) today so if I don't lose some weight I will be in a severe sulk!

Well i have another method of looking thinner!!!
Instead of the Big nicks which i figured could prove tricky in drunk trying to go to the loo situation, i've got a tube thing instead its fab!!!!
Clobo orange n white spots sounds cool! I'm sure i'll be the only one in an Purple, orange green & grey dress too!!!
I'll come say hi though!! Looking forward to it now!

I think you have definitely done enough exercise for one day! How's it going food wise?

Not great trying to do a lot more exercise so I can eat a few goodies had sliced chicken breast noodles red peppers and a little soy sauce tonight. Did not eat during the day, no time wanted to get out on time so I could get some light. Still had to ride farts back though the dark scary wood for the school. May have burnt off a few more ounces trying to stop farts runing away from welsh pony murdering noises in woods

Seahorse, that's not good for you! You need to eat regular healthy meals, otherwise your body goes into 'starvation mode', and begins to hang on to the fat stores. Please don't make yourself ill by not eating!!

It is better, but you need to eat breakfast! Try porridge made with half milk and half water, it will fill you up till lunchtime. You can slice fruit into it or raisins etc.
Or muesli with natural yogurt and fruit.

Have been very good today, made a lovely SW shepherds pie with lots of veggies for tea. Need to be good to make up for dad's 70th birthday party, he treated us to a lovely meal out, not to mention the chocolate birthday cake . . . . .
