Got masses of wax this morning and I don't like the way she is pacing round the paddock but it's my kids sports day aaaaarrrrgggghhhhh!! Thats what Violet did, paced round and round all morning. The minute I put her in the stable, she popped out her foalie. Please please please have the best result possible to tell us all about  |

Oh wow! No wonder she doesn't want to lie down!!! Got everything crossed for her and anotherdeal, lets hope she pops them out at a civilised time then finally you can get a good nights sleep. I so wish you were closer as I would have happily done a night shift or 2 for you. xxxxxx

Blimey!!!!! I have just spent ages reading this thread and even though i dont know you i feel for you its bad enough when you're expecting one!!

:-*Have been following this thread and fingers crossed, that all goes well for your Mare and her twins Back in 1979 our Anglo Mare (first foaling) presented us with twin fillies, both small but strong and presented no problems The mare had a bag like a dairy cows udder almost, and we joked that she was expecting twins!! No joke, she foaled three weeks early at 2.30 am with just myself on duty. I remember thinking what a lovely filly, but on the small side as I rubbed her over. Then my mare started straining again and to my shock and surprise out popped filly no. 2 Back then, Pregnancy Scanning was not generally used, just a manual so I was saved all the stress and worry you have experienced all these months Hoping you will not have to wait too much longer and that both babies arrive into the World safely My thoughts are with you.....and cant wait to hear that all is well Big Hugs for you and your lovely mare P.S. my birthday tomorrow.....would be nice if she foals tonight after midnight Babs www.SunrayAngloArabianStud.co.uk |

Thanks all but your scaring me now!! Lol C/B are your waters usually right?! Xx luke3 thanks for putting the pics on xx I'm getting a bit worried about it all now I rang my vet this morning and I'm not impressed and that is putting it mildly!! I was just flapping and wanted a bit of advice/reassurance and all I basically got was the brush off!! Anyway would think we were dealing with an everyday occurence here. To be honest he hasntseemed that bothered all along but he just doesn't seem to want to know am really peed off about it  |

Just got in after a night out and had to switch on my pc to see if there was any news yet??? I really hope she gets on with it now as anotherdeal is in danger of collapsing with exhaustion!!! She is definately waxed up so all depends now if she is a mare that runs milk or not? keeping everything crossed and have said a little prayer for the foalies!!xxx

some vets can just appear like that and you think what the heck!!! you will be shattered beyond shattered so try not let it get to you, I came on here hoping she had foaled- maybe she has already??!
got that excited feeling for you if its not happened already its going to soon - for you are her sake!
