What an attention seeking publicity hungry idiot he is with no consideration for anyone but all he can get out of it. Very sorry for you, if I was you i'd kick his a%se. Failing that turn the tables on him, tell the media not to speak to him as he is a crank. Not the time to be playing tit for tat I know but it it was me i too would be mortified. Yes you have, we are all here. I suppose the politically correct think to do is to explain to him he has upset you and listen to his explanation and then fogive him. As you are such a kind person you might be able to do that. I am not kind so I wouldn't, I can forgive anything to do with myself, but if it concerns my child or my ponies, no way.
I am probably utterly horrible because the tit for tat suggested above would be very attractive to me.

I wont do anything that would be damaging to his family, because I love his 2 kids as if they are my own.
He is out of my family now. Depending on how my parents handle this, I may have only Sam and hubby left.

I have had a long email from him defending his actions.
My only answer was "Please delete all traces of Jamie from your websites, blogs etc and NEVER discuss him in any interviews or similiar again".
I cant see how any excuse is relevant for ignoring my strict request for NO COMMENT and for posting pictures of my son all over the place, without my consent.

I am pretty sure there are laws protecting the images of children on websites etc. Speak to citizens advice about it or your solicitor.

LP don't know how you would feel about this. I have seen his web site and an article he has written with loads of links to other sites. People can leave a comment and I don't know whether these are monitored before they go up.
I am quite happy to leave a polite comment asking for him to please remove the article about Jamie and I shall of course put up my real name and email address. Thought I would ask what you would like people to do firstly. You could approve the comments via pm or something first. It is all what you want, but think about it first.

LP, I work in a school and we are not allowed to put photos on the school website, school prospectus with out the parents written consent. Im sure you have in the past had to sign a similar form for primary school. He hasnt got a leg to stand on I dont think as you havent given him consent to do it. he sounds like a hypocrite to me. he is indirectly passing on info to the press via his blog.
hope you get it sorted and he stops. not a good situation for your parents to be in either.
