RS shoes for me and i certainly wouldn't be put off from entering a class he was judging for two reasons 1) i believe professional services are allowed, at the end of the day he is prob the best farrier in Lancashire. 2) Rs is one of the best judges around he is fair and knowledgeable and i know he has the integrity (sp) to judge what he sees before him regardless of who is sat on board.
If we are not careful we will have no judges left.

I have known Lucy and her Mum for years and they always do the very best with their ponies and are not at all dodgy ...i know Lucy would never go under someone she shouldnt .....i think all these ' guests' slagging her and Russel are just jealous . And it shows how good a judge Russel is by not putting so called ' connections ' thro ....and Lucy prob went under him knowing he would judge what he saw on the day and not favour who was on top ...who he shoes ...etc

I've already asked for this subject matter to be dropped - no rules have been broken. If you want to discuss showing when there is a connection (however tenuous) then please start a new thread.

I think everyone has made their point now, no harm has been done and no rules have been broken so please leave this point of discussion now before it gets too personal.
